Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
to fill pot | bell peppers (green, red, yellow... whatever) |
Filling: | |
500gr | ground beef |
1 | chopped onion |
few | crushed cloves garlic |
some | onion soup mix (no MSG) |
some | pine nuts |
some | cooked rice or raw egg |
some | pepper |
some | baharat |
Sauce: | |
1 big | chopped onion |
some | oil |
can | tomato paste |
some | onion soup mix (you guessed it - no MSG) |
1/2 | sucrazit |
some | lemon juice |
some | water |
Preparation:
- Clean peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds.
- Mix filling ingredients. Tast by zapping small bit in micro then adjust seasonings.
- For sauce - brown onion in oil in pessure cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook some. Taste - it should be pikaty.
- Now stuff peppers "full full full, full".
- You can put slices of onion on the bottom of the pressure cooker so the peppers do not stick and burn (optional). Place stuffed peppers in pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 10 min.
- Open and eat!!!
