Garlic Chicken (a.k.a. Sticky Chicken)

Many times Ema says that it's no bother to to have us over. "I'll just throw a chicken in the oven" . "The chicken" is somtimes a whole rosted chicken, but somtimes it's this garlic "sticky" chicken, that I think it originated at Yehudit's. Any way, "As long as we all love each other" it's a great, quick dish!
Ingredients:
1 2Kg | Chicken cut into 10 pieces |
4 Tbs. | Honey |
4 Tbs. | Brown sugar |
4 Tbs. | Soya sause |
4 Tbs. | White wine |
2 Tbs. | Viniger |
1/4 tsp. | pepper |
3 coves | crushed garlic |
Preparation:
- Wash chicken pieces and put in pan.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake in 350 degrees oven about 60 minutes covered and then another 30-60 minutes uncovered.
- During the baking, turn over a few times.
