A quick and easy party food. serve with crackers.

I [Nachman] tried a variant by using frozen salmon instead of canned. I zapped it in the micro, cooled and used just like the canned stuff.


Ingredients:

  • 1 can Salmon
  • 200 grams 9% cream cheese or 200 gr. dry soft cheese (tuv ta'am)
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 -1 tsp. Red Horseradish
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Liquid smoke
  • Chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • Chopped parsley


Preparation:

Mix all together in food processor.

Chill in fridge a few hours.

form into a ball.

Roll in Chopped nuts mixed with parsley.
