I have never prepared this one, however trying to contribute as much as I can, Tzvia went spying after people that got the recipe from Ema directly.... I wonder how the pie shell gets done, anyways...



Ingredients:

1

unbaked pie shell

1 cup

corn syrup

1 cup

brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon

salt

80 grams

melted margarine

3

eggs

1 1/2 cups

pecan halves



Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, add margarine, syrup, sugar and salt and mix well. 
  2. Add the pecan halves and place all the mixture in the unbaked pie shell. 
  3. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. 
  4. The pie will set itself, if it seems to be still jiggily after baking.
