Cold Yogurt Soup

Ingredients:
300 gr. | Cucumbers |
2 cloves | Garlic |
1/2 cup | Dill, chopped ( stems removed) |
1 tbs | Lemon juice |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
2 containers | Yogurt (the higher the fat % the tastier...) |
some | Yogurt or Sour Cream |
some | Cucumber, finely chopped |
Preparation:
- Wash the cucumbers well and coarsely slice
- Put cucumber slices, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and yogurt in megimix (any other food processor will do as well)
- Wash out yogurt with a bit of water and add to food processor (haval al kol tipa... - waste not want not...)
- Process well
- Pour into serving bowls add dollop of yogurt or sour cream and garnish with a bit of chopped cucumber
