Chicken Soup - the Tutorial
Chicken bones, backs, wings, necks.
parsnips (Per tutorial)
ginger and garlic (per Reuven)
1 tbs. powdered chicken soup
salt to taste
fresh ground peper (per reuven)
put all ingredients into pressure cooker.
add water to cover.
cook 15 min. under pressure.
when pressure goes down, taste and add salt or boiling water as needed.
remove vegetables and bones from soup.
remove meat from bones and return meat to soup (the cat gets the bones)
cut carrot, pumpkin and zucchini into pieces and return to soup.
the soup can be cooled to remove fat from top.
