Reuven: A day before Imma goes
back to Magdiel (yestreday, April 27, 2008), she asked me "what would
you like me to prepare before I leave?"
"Borsht!" I replied. Then, while Imma was making it, I recalled that Nachman was looking for pictures of Imma's Borsht - with no success. So.... here it is - the real thing - in pictures!
By the way, I ate it today for
dinner. UNBELIEVABLE - PERFECT !!!

|? tsp||Lemon juice|
|to taste||Chicken soup powder|
- Cook; beets, carrots, onion, lemon juice, sugar, salt and water in pressure cooker.
- Remove beets and grate
- Return beets to pot and warm
- Add chicken soup powder to taste
- Add lemon juice to taste
